Time Does Not Exist

The fear of death is a yoke of slavery. To observe time in a way that drives you to be enslaved to your flesh is sin and death. To believe that death has not lost its sting is to reject the gospel, but not as if you believed before, you never believed. You may have grasped some fraction of a revelation of what it means to have eternal life, but once trials or tribulation came, the word was choked out and you're right back where you started.

Do not observe time in a way that makes you believe you have control over how long you will live. That is sin.

Deuteronomy 18:10-11 tells us something interesting that many people pass over. "Do not be an observer of times."

This isn't to say you can't know the time, or times and seasons, rather this is a warning to not be someone who disregards the fact that God is sovereign over you and that time is merely a human perception to be a more organized society, but not to be controlled by it.

"Will worry add any time to your life?" ~ Jesus
